Toxic positivity. Micromanagement. Management was not available whatsoever and unceremoniously privated their calendars one day so we were no longer able to see what they actually did all day (hint: they did nothing, or they'd have 3 hour long meetings to chit chat). No growth opportunities. Constant reminders that raises were "not in the budget this year," meanwhile executives would choose favorites and promote them from within without interviewing, and multiple C-suite executives were hired with no monetary issue! (then abruptly let go at the end of their 90 days). The PCC department became toxic incredibly quickly, and management bought into the toxicity. No one at this company exercised professional boundaries, especially not management with PCCs. Ridiculously high turnover rate. A delusional CEO with leadership that enables him. I can't say with certainty that this place has any sort of legal counsel, which is deeply concerning. They truly only care about money. Their excuses of putting patients first and whatever other BS they fed us were so thinly veiled, even patients were reaching out saying this place only cared about money. Since I left the company, I can name multiple employees who have reached out to me just to complain about this place. Point blank: Sensible Care is a sinking ship. I am grateful every single day that I left.
