      Pros

      Sentinel is a great company and has made massive changes over the last 3 years. They are investing in people with training, revising platforms, and keep striving to make benefits better and better. Love the people.

      Cons

      A lot of old school mentality. For example, we are a technology company and yet suits, jackets, and the like are the norm. There are times and places for it, but we are not a law firm full of stodgy people. Once Covid hit the majority of staff went remote. Now there are pushes to have staff back in the office... slowly and slowly more pressure. With the gas at $5 per gallon those like me that live an hour away are screwed. Besides we have proven it can be done, so why do we need to have that old school mentality?

      Pros

      Fun loving staff and great management team in the Eastern Region.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a challenge. Having different regions / branches around the country and different management styles at each can sometimes cause miscommunications and missed expectations in collaboration efforts. No FMLA for many branches.

      Good for someone out of college. Good to get experience.

      Cons

      Small private business mentality. Technology not enterprise level. A lot of people getting fired or quitting in technical support group.
