      -Exposure to all technologies -Drink on Friday afternoons

      Cons

      -Grossly underpay employees -Micromanage daily with team “coffee calls” where management and other employees demean and pick on newer employees -Poor 401k match

      Sentinel does a great job of promoting within. I have watched several of my peers move to management positions.

      Cons

      There are several processes though the leadership team has been making great strides to simplify our systems. There are some very significant changes coming this year that will give valuable time back to employees.

      Great place if your uncle works for them

      Pros

      Cool building and conveniently in the suburbs instead of downtown. Some great minds that work in the trenches.

      Cons

      Nepotism to the T. All about who you know.... Majority of management is related to each other in some way so get on one bad side and your screwed. A lot of senior staff are collecting checks
