      Pros

      Working at Sentinel has been an extremely rewarding experience. They know how to treat their employees right. The benefits are great, management does a good job with transparency (which is not an easy feat), and it’s exciting to be a part of a company that is “always leading” in technology. It’s a total pleasure being able to learn from my coworkers, as well as being able to use my skills to contribute to the company’s vision and goals. I would recommend Sentinel to any candidate.

      There are cons for every company, but I have had a really positive experience.

      Great leadership with long tenure Internal mentoring and training Opportunities to advance or pivot Strong employee support Good expectations on work/family balance Focused on what is good for the customer Deep technical bench Great execution in each technology area- architecture, project services, managed services and consultation

      Great Eastern Region!

      Pros

      Fun loving staff and great management team in the Eastern Region.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a challenge. Having different regions / branches around the country and different management styles at each can sometimes cause miscommunications and missed expectations in collaboration efforts. No FMLA for many branches.
