Pros

Friendly supportive coworkers Probably more CCIE's on staff than Cisco itself Smart and technically sharp Growth and more growth

Cons

Good problems - like dealing with growth. Growth is a con just like having tax burdens might be a 'con'... New program development requires more forethought

Pros

Solid compensation plan that doesn't change every time the wind blows, which is rare in IT sales. Good support from management once you learn who to engage for help. Not a lot of micromanagement or meddling as long as you do your job. Good pre-sales support if you get them engaged at the right time. Truly unlimited income potential with a strong product line and good reference accounts. Good client relationship activities are supported and encouraged. This isn't a place for timid or passive sales people, if you need a cheerleader or a taskmaster to motivate you just move on, but for someone with a plan and the drive to make it happen it's a great place with tremendous opportunity.

Cons

It can be a real challenge learning who to turn to for help. Senior management does genuinely have an open door policy, but the company structure can be tough to navigate. Some salespeople burn through accounts pretty rapidly which can cause prospect fatigue. No protected territories or verticals, but you get a reasonable quantity of named accounts to protect.

Pros

They invest in their employees heavily. Compensation is strong, benefits are very good and work/life balance is the best I have ever experienced in my career after being at 3 other companies.

Cons

I can't think of anything too glaring at this time. Every company has a few things they could improve upon, but the overall experience has been very positive.
