Pros

Lot of good people who are very knowledgeable. Tools given to do your job are solid. Office is solid. Solid product line and capabilities.

Cons

After the honey moon stage (2mo) its complete Micro Management time(Daily, weekly reporting, are you at your desk, where are you phone calls). If you don't have clients to bring to this position you will fail. Management aren't actually managers, they still carry quota and are missing very basic manager skills. Get ready to work nights and weekends and you wont make any real money for 1.5yrs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we appreciate your perspective, we respectfully disagree with the notion that management was the cause of your challenges. In the sales industry, it's well understood that achieving success typically requires hard work, extended effort, and a ramp-up period of 1-2 years. We strive to provide all our salespeople with the tools and support needed to succeed within this timeframe. We wish you the best of luck in your future sales career and hope you find a role that aligns with your expectations and goals.

Pros

A lot of the rank and file staff are great people and care about their work.

Cons

There is a strong amount of nepotism at the company, and most likely due to that the company shifts problematic employees around rather than removing them. Management also thinks they are smarter than their product SMEs and overrides things like minimum requirements for software packages and industry best practices.
