Pros

-Good culture and work environment -Great management who care about their employees -Good work life balance. Management cares a lot about burnout and helping their employees avoid it. -Lots of movement and growth opportunities available for those looking to move up or move into a different type of position. -They will pay for training and certifications

Cons

The only downside I can think of would be having on-call schedules, but it's an operations position.. there will almost always be on-call.

Pros

I have found that this company is willing to help anyone who is willing to ask for it. They recently have updated our systems with ease of job in mind, they create a positive atmosphere, provide opportunities to advance your book of business, and the management is approachable, will listen, and provide guidance when asked.

Cons

Normal corporate stuff - grass is greener here
