      Pros

      They invest in their employees heavily. Compensation is strong, benefits are very good and work/life balance is the best I have ever experienced in my career after being at 3 other companies.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything too glaring at this time. Every company has a few things they could improve upon, but the overall experience has been very positive.

      Pros

      Best place I have ever worked at. Been working here for around a year and I am very happy working for Sentinel. Lots of room for growth and management wants you to excel. Everyday is a new learning experience

      Cons

      only Con I have is getting there through traffic, everything else is great

      Pros

      -Amazing people. Engineers, Sales, and Managers all work together very well. Knowing that everyone you work with is Realiable, Friendly, and Helpfull makes coming to work fun and more enjoyable. -The Company is ran very well. Has a family feel to it. Everyone at every level is easy to talk to. Seems like Sentinel has been growing so much, and it is great to be a part of something so successful. - Employees get a LOT of appreciation. There is constantly events, and perks that sentinel gives to show this.

      Cons

      -I am sure some people I work with might have reasons to dislike certain aspects of Sentinel, but I cant think of anything.
