The company prides itself on working with its people. It really cares about you as the individual and it focuses on your personal professional and financial goals.

Long interview process but it's worth while in the end!

Things move fast here, you need to be motivated to keep up. A career here is not focused on the individual, rather the focus is on the team

Pros

Quarterly reviews ensure there are no surprises when your annual review comes around. When you share what you want to do (either personally, professionally or financially) your manager works with you to make that happen. You're going to work hard, but you're going to see the results, and everyone has your back.

Cons

For someone who wants to "coast", there are no pre-planned paths. You are expected to participate in planning your own career, which can be a turn off if you're just looking for a job. SEI is a place for a career.
