The leadership is a little stuck on itself. They manage people by bullying others to agree with what they want and not what the employee wants. Very near sighted and self centered.

Definitely a 'good ole boy' mentally. Mileage paid .40 way below what should be reimbursed. Misrepresentation. State core values are employee personal, professional, and financial goals. Every quarter you are to update those and management is to discuss with you. Never do. It's just another spreadsheet item that creates a roadblock in activities. Busy work is ridiculous. Listen to your inner voice "Run". It is not what corporate portrays.
