Pros
I love the customers, I love my career in Field Service. I love most of my coworkers. Work/Life balance is good.
Cons
The better you are in a particular job the more likely you will stay there at least until you leave. There is no set upward mobility path. The pay is 18% less than industry standard. Unlike every other field service company in the United States you aren’t paid an on call flat rate just for being on call. No company vehicles. You are paid mileage, but it is well below federal standard (40 cents instead of 57). The Culture at Corporate is the best I've ever seen, but most of the local field offices .... ugh.
