Pros

Great company, Great people, Great culture and a growing industry.

Cons

Company is growing extremely fast and is slowly loosing some of the core principles and values that made it so great. I don't believe that this is stemming from senior leadership but rather from some of the new management that has been brought in from the outside.

Pros

The spirit in the Corporate Office in Grand Rapids and your first day of on-boarding will astound you. Too bad it doesn't trickle out to remote offices.

Cons

Florida offices have been revolving doors for years. Professional team members treated as if they are kindergartners and micromanaged to the point of having no air. Definitely a 'good ole boy' mentally. Mileage paid .40 way below what should be reimbursed. Misrepresentation. State core values are employee personal, professional, and financial goals. Every quarter you are to update those and management is to discuss with you. Never do. It's just another spreadsheet item that creates a roadblock in activities. Busy work is ridiculous. Listen to your inner voice "Run". It is not what corporate portrays.

Pros

If you want a top level sales leader that has no original thought for themselves and won’t interact with the sales force and just quotes books to sound like he knows what he is doing then this is the job for you. It is a great place to get your career started but that’s it. There are few good leaders in the company that actually know how to lead and actually care for their people, the rest is all micromanagement that you will just be a head count. You are not allowed to have your own ideas to be successful and the KPI’s that are set have been set by people who have never successfully done the jobs themselves.

Cons

Everything but the start of a career. Every word that is spoken is to benefit the executive leadership. The employees no longer have a say and are just told by people that have no idea what they are doing. The PE firms have ran this into the ground. They have stopped with exit interviews because they don’t care and don’t want feedback. Again great place to start to get your feet wet but will not be compensated appropriately after 2 years. Salary is low compared to industry and quotas are not obtainable. All they care about is that the PE gets paid and you will just be a head count. It’s funny how it was stated they would never cut job to make a number but that’s exactly what happened in 2023. CEO still gives the same speech he did when I started and it’s clear he actually does not care or try and change anything. It just seems to be about the next buyout.
