Pros

Honestly nothing. They sell this great company when you get hired but it's not actually that way once you get started.

Cons

Managers are constantly checking in, setting meetings with you, very condescending when you aren't on track for qouta. The sales managers are literally the most useless and incompetent managers I have ever seen. I jave nonidea how they still have jobs to be honest.

Management only cares about you as a person if you are exceeding their expectations. Their expectations are not even slightly attainable. In 2022 there were fewer than 10 sellers to hit President's Club out of 400+ sales roles. Management will make you push your clients so hard to sign early that they end up never doing business with us because we pushed them too hard. Work/life balance is not a thing. They let you take PTO but make you feel guilty about it and message you about deals while you're out of office.
