Pros

The people you work with are going to be the best part of the job. You will form extremely close friendships through the ups and downs of sales. The sales leaders are caring people who genuinely want to help you grow and help you in other departments of your life. The culture is very, very fun. The training here is awesome and you will use the skills you’ve learned here at many jobs. They are generous with their ramp up period and don’t punish you if you aren’t hitting your numbers. They are patient and really work with you.

Cons

The salary here is not viable if you live in Denver, yet you can’t even get a second job with the schedule (8-5 AKA 45 hours). When broken up hourly, you will be making around $20 an hour here or $23 if you hit commission. My friends at cafes make more than me with a lot less stress. The schedule is horrid and monotonous, there’s a lot of wasted time during the day. Benefits aren’t great. Be prepared to make around 200 dials a day! I’m not sure if it’s because most SDRs are young, but sometimes it feels like you’re in a classroom and the leaders are your teachers. Seating charts, games, it all feels a little immature for grown adults. Layoffs, huge push for numbers, they even stopped paying for happy hours. Not sure about the financial health of this place. Great performers leaving because there’s no clear path to promotion.

Pros

There aren’t any pros to be honest.

Cons

No diversity, non-inclusive work environment (don’t be fooled by the lies spewed on the “why work for us” section here-there is no real work being done with regards to diversity, equity and inclusion and many employees who are members of the LGBTQIA community are afraid to speak up to their managers-the senior leadership team lacks some serious diversity, the company is run by ego driven executive leaders who don’t listen and are very insincere, very disorganized, and lack trust in employees along with an inability to empower employees to make decisions.

Leadership Issues

Pros

Culture mostly lived out among employee base. The President and other leaders care about the employees and company and have created a culture that attracts similar people. Most have a genuine pride of the company and want to work here for the long term. The companies core value is to create a culture that empowers employees to achieve their personal, professional and financial goals. Most leaders buy into it.

Cons

They’ve allowed a toxic (and bizarre) leader on the executive team to demand absurd working hours in the most inhumane way. Runs meetings with fear and his rudeness is beyond what I’ve seen tolerated anywhere. Other leaders treat people with respect and care for employees as much as they do the growth of the company. It’s difficult to comprehend how they allow this behavior to continue. This executive talks about his previous big company experience to justify his authority and why people shouldn’t question him, degrades employees and vendors in front of others in a way that is inappropriate and borderline abusive, and his teams work nights and weekends. His behavior is known through the company but I’m not sure why it’s not addressed.
