Pros

Workplace flexibility is second to none. My manager did not keep track of my coming and going and thus I was able to do my job when I was able to make it in.

Cons

The leadership is a little stuck on itself. They manage people by bullying others to agree with what they want and not what the employee wants. Very near sighted and self centered.

Pros

Most people working there are amazing and great people to work alongside! They truly make it a fun environment most of the time. HR is quite friendly and helpful (but don't forget they are not there to protect you though, only the company)

Cons

Management is horrible (although, not all of them), rarely available, and as it would turn out, willing to lie to get you fired. Have been sworn and yelled at during meetings with a boss. Responding to questions is considered "combative" and "helping" you consists of swearing and unhelpful advice. Oh and don't say you don't understand, because the same answer will just be repeated.
