Careful what team you work for

Pros

Work life balance, benefits, vision goals are prioritized, typically the people you work with truly care about you and your well-being

Cons

For the sales teams, working for the wrong sales leader can really ruin it for you. Several former successful SAE's promoted to RSM roles in the past 3-5 years and became absolute drill sergeants. They will expect you to ramp up in little to no time, regardless of your performance/track record on previous teams. What territory you sell to unfortunately makes a big difference on how soon you will start closing deals.

Faith Restored

Pros

This company has been special compared to any other company I have ever known, and even through the hard times, I know the ELT has our back. Today the faith of many will be restored as they continue to make moves to put the right people in the right place, and remove the wrong people.

Cons

I do think we lost focus on employees for a while, and it became about the numbers, but I think that was a driving force from the executive that was removed today. We will recover. We are One Team.

Growing company which results in ample opportunity. Flexibility - Can WFH.

Cons

Leaders do not appear to be acting on company wide feedback. Culture is now taking a back seat to company growth.
