Pros

NONE! This is a horrible DEAD END Job!

Cons

I should have listed to my gut and NOT taken the job. They are all about activity. This isn't a bad thing if it productive, but they don't allow you to qualify prospects and make you take meetings even if its not a good fit. Sales management is OLD school and think that COLD CALLING is the only way to do it. That might have worked 20yrs ago but times have change. You have to make 100 calls a day and you HAVE to track each call on a worksheet and what time you called. You MUST have 20 meetings a month! The market is dying and they are NOT doing anything to keep up. HQ has a set of values / culture that does NOT transfer to ANY other office. This is a DEAD END job

Pros

Working at SE has been a monstrous development for me personally, professionally, and financially. My direct leaders have treated me with respect and have been life coaches as I continue to grow. I know at the end of the day they have my back and want me to succeed. The people I work with have all turned to become many of my best friends. Working along side a very creative, outgoing, and hard working bunch that drives excellence. Very happy to be here, and excited to see where the future goes. I see a lot of potential to come!

Cons

It's an SDR role so you need a lot of self motivation. There will be times where it becomes monotonous. Pay is a solid path for entry level! Sometimes too many internal meetings but is what it is.

Pros

If you are looking for a place to grow and develop skills in sales and tech, this is the place to do it. The team is incredible, leadership is involved and transparent, and the culture is unlike any other. Service Express is passionate about promoting from within, so there are a multitude of opportunities to climb the ladder and explore other departments if that is your goal. Metrics can be hard to hit like they are in any sales role, but you are constantly surrounded by the support of the team as well as leadership. The company also emphasizes the importance of work life balance, and you are encouraged to "leave work at work" and take the time you need to ensure that you don't burn out. The tools you are given are the best of the best, and the company is constantly seeking feedback regarding tools and looking to implement the best options. I can go on and on about how great this company is, and if you're looking to break into tech sales, I highly recommend doing so at Service Express.

Cons

I truly don't have many cons. However if I have to list one, I can say that it can be a bit tough to fully understand the industry and its terms. However, the training is ongoing and robust, and the company makes a conscious effort to continue product training.
