- Compensation - Regional Teams - Fun environment in sales department - Opportunity to go to events/conventions/etc

Cons

- Sterotypical disconnect between all depts exists tenfold - HQ location "drinks the koolaid" - Internal processes need adjustments, not new tools/tech

Work Life Balance and Compensation are strong with Service Express. Lot's of career opportunities and growth if you are willing to put in the time and effort.

Cons

If you are one to ride the wave this company is not for you. Change is very frequent and hitting quota is crucial to your success.

Service Express has a fantastic and tightly bonded internal culture. They are great at making a new employee feel like they belong, and management is extremely constructive and always trying to find ways to help.
