Pros

-Collaborative and supportive team environment. -Coworkers committed to your success. -Clear promotion process with opportunities to explore other departments. -Ideal company for gaining experience in sales, marketing, IT, or customer support.

Cons

-The business prioritizes profit over people (as all businesses do) -Managers/Leaders lack adequate training. -Employees face broken promises despite hard work. -Layoffs affected many, but executives seemingly remained unaffected and even hired a new leader

Pros

- management actually cares about you and your well being - help you succeed - gives you resources for many different things such as mental health etc - help focus on your personal, professional, and financial goals - c level is incredibly transparent to everyone in the company - the culture is so good it’s almost unbelievable!

Cons

Can’t complain with 3 weeks vacation but I selfishly wish there was more!
