Pros

You will meet and work with some very talented people at SE. The teams work hard to compensate for the below-average management on the sales side.

Cons

Some of the worst sales culture I have ever seen. The micromanagement that comes from the top is absolutely stifling, to the point of losing good talent due to management problems. The boy's club culture is alive and well, and the sales directors play into it.

Fantastic focus from the USA but would benefit from higher Management being based within the UK as well.
