      Peers are great to work with

      Cons

      Management only cares about you as a person if you are exceeding their expectations. Their expectations are not even slightly attainable. In 2022 there were fewer than 10 sellers to hit President's Club out of 400+ sales roles. Management will make you push your clients so hard to sign early that they end up never doing business with us because we pushed them too hard. Work/life balance is not a thing. They let you take PTO but make you feel guilty about it and message you about deals while you're out of office.

      Some good people here. The vision for the company is inspiring.

      Cons

      Understaffed for the workload. Very amateur operation. The technical environment used for customer delivery is a convoluted mess. Company is trying to run before it can crawl. The vision and the reality are two different things.
