Growing company, great people. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Our culture has changed and when employees bring that up to superiors they don't acknowledge or correct it. Excuses can't fix the disparity between what we claim our culture is and what it really has become.

Pros

The leadership in this company fantastic. They are very understanding, let you know what is expected of your role, and help you to grow professionally. Its great working with competent people who know how to work as a team.

Cons

You have to use PTO for sick days, however, you acrew more PTO the longer you work for the company. You start out with a decent amount of PTO, and you get a free day off for your birthday.
