      Pros

      Awesome company, not-so awesome job. Being an SDR is tough work. It will pay off in the end. Work hard play hard.

      Cons

      The job itself can be grueling. The team members are there to help out though. You can voice your career goals within the company but they don't necessarily give you the resources to get there unless you want to enter the realm of higher-up sales.

      Pros

      Management is exceptional. They are always available to assist in any way they can. The company takes good care of their employees and they make sure your work/life is well balanced. You also receive lots of training in order to be very knowledgeable in your field. The work environment is very pleasing. All the offices are modern, and equipped to make you feel very comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and outgoing. The team work is outstanding. I can't complaint about anything. I am very happy to be working for Service Express.
