Pros

I'm coming up on my 7th anniversary and have no desire to work anywhere else. Service Express exists to create a culture of growth that empowers their people to achieve their personal, professional and financial goals. The work life balance is amazing as well as the cross-department teamwork. Leadership entrusts its employees to do the right thing and does not micro manage.

Cons

Downside, if you want to call it that, is keeping up the face paced growth

Everything! This is a business that truly leads with its people first approach to work and work-life. Success is rewarded generously and repeatedly and the opportunity of growth is all around. Good ideas are encouraged and backed through to completion. This company walks the walk and many other organisations could learn a lot from our culture.
