Pros

The work life balance, fantastic commission structure, training, tools, management support. Service Express are focussed on growth of the company but also their people. What they do, they do extremely well for their internal staff but also their customers.

Cons

There is much change, but honestly I see that everywhere at the moment since COVID. If you move too quickly it's no good for some. If you move too slowly, again this disheartens some, so your damned if you do, damned if you don't. Keep supporting your employees and investing and we'll continue being successful.

Lots of opportunity but a dying culture due to poor leadership.

Growing company which results in ample opportunity. Flexibility - Can WFH.

Cons

Leaders do not appear to be acting on company wide feedback. Culture is now taking a back seat to company growth.

Pros

Been in sales for over 15 years. Service Express is the best company with the best service offering I have worked for. They genuinely care about their employees and customers. Makes for a great work environment.
