Pros

Service Express continues to be a great place to work, the leadership understands how to maintain culture through actions and communications. Fast paced growth with an unlimited number of opportunities for all employees. Employees are empowered to go out and perform at the highest level, People powered.. for sure! Great people with high morals and character, they continue to strive to put employees first. Service Express truly cares.

Pros

Service Express is a diamond in the rough. I've worked for several large IT companies from helpdesk, deskside support, and field service engineering. This company, unlike other companies i've worked for, is very concerned about compensating employees for what they do. Instead of providing bonuses to employees once a year, the company shares its profits with us by compensating us really well with great pay, generous paid time off, and an excellent work/life balance.

Cons

Due to the size of the company, we fall under a smaller group insurance plan. I'm used to working with very large companies, where group contributions are much larger, hence providing much better insurance benefits. As we group, i'm sure, we will see much better insurance benefits.

Pros

Service Express exceeds when it comes to caring for their employees mentally, professionally and financially.

Cons

Sales is sales and sometimes there are a lot of organizational changes you cannot prevent, but please stop hiring those who do not exude the cultural traits of what Service Express stands for. It will only contaminate the culture for offices outside of Grand Rapids (HQ).
