      Pros

      Being an SDR at Service Express has jumpstarted my career in a way I didn't think was possible. I didn't have a lot of sales experience when I came in but through the support of leadership and fellow SDR's I came to not only find success but enjoy it to a great degree. I am so grateful for this company and the environment they foster.

      From my experience i have loved my managers If you bring things up to the company they listen and consider changing processes if it makes sense Its easy to communicate with people from other teams

      Cons

      Its a tough job because of what we do is kind of niece The same cons associated with most sales jobs Because the company is smaller there are limited opportunities for management positions

      Having been with SE for longer than most, I can say that there have been easy times and challenging times. those who are smart and energetic have endless possibilities for fun and success. I have achieved more in my life than I ever thought possible due to this company. It's not easy, but it is awesome

      Growing pains, there have been struggles in modernizing systems, learning new tricks, and trying to be nimble in a fast moving market.
