Pros

Only pro with this company is finding out how big of crooks they're and leaving.

Cons

They leave you to believe you have full benefits in your offer letter by sending you a HR benefits offer letter. Then once you're in they tell you a week in that you have zero benefits because everyone in the company has to vote to have it. No PTO for A year but leave you to believe you have two weeks. I never received a bonus like i was told and they did all this to the previous employee as well. I have never worked for such con cold-hearted people in my life that could care less for the employees. You are not allowed to use the air and heat as well. There is a 7 month pregnant lady that is the receptionist that was sweating on her back and told and made to use a fan to stay cool and she had to use two heating blankets with a portable heater as well. She has to wait a year for PTO so she has zero time off to have her baby because there is no insurance and No PTO for a year. This place is truly sad how they treat their employees and subcontractors. You have been warned from an honest review. Phil Ciatto is by far the worst CEO if you want to call him that I've ever had the pleasure of working for.

Pros

The people you meet can make great contacts in the future.

Cons

Micro managed, spying, lying, lack of praising, absolute negative atmosphere. Even if in marketing and you are only in the office a handful of hours a week. No policy on grievances for neither sexual or unprofessional workplace harassment. They will keep your commissions owed to you when you leave. And then try to sue you for working in a happy competitors environment.

Pros

There will always be work in this industry. Some really nice people work here and have for a long time, but that seems to be changing. Great Christmas party.

Cons

Executive team is not connected to reality. Old school managers and high turnover. Pay might be decent for Gallatin, but not for Nashville. Benefits are okay, but could be better. The owners bicker with each other and treat employees like irresponsible children. They trust no-one and internal departments are clueless about what other departments are working on. They have broken internal systems and won't use outside specialists to fix the problem
