      Flexible schedule. Ability to work partially from home when not in field. Casual environment. At the time, the salary was commensurate with comparable positions.

      Cons

      Lacked professionalism commonly found in corporate environments. There existed an overt, internal hostility towards difficult customers. An overall unwillingness to absorb the franchiser's training practices existed. The franchisor lacked control over territory infringements.

      Family Owned, Strong Brand, Great People to work with. Raises every year. Growth every year since I have been here. Located in a small conservative town. Benefits above average.

      Located in a small conservative town. Very fast paced. Communications could be better. too much opportunity to get everything done. Culture is a little old fashion. Some people can't get used to eat.

      Challenging - Never Bored. Company tries to keep current with technology - lots of customer interaction. Customers are often very grateful and express it. Many days you feel like you have really helped someone get over a bad situation.

      Cons

      Very conservative company. Long hours and priorities can change in a heart beat. Family owned and family members call all shots. Managers are yes men - and a few yes women.
