      Thank you for your review. Yes, we are proud of our competitive pay and benefits program, and the ability to offer some of our IT and other departments' employees a "work from home" option. As a successful, growth-oriented corporate campus, we occasionally have projects that requires us to work more than 40 hours a week but only when focused on completing a project on time, and not every week, and not every employee. Most employees work normal "8-5" full-time hours. Thanks again for submitting your review.

      Pros

      Always will be a need for this industry, so there's job security....that is, unless the owner makes you so miserable that you quit.

      Cons

      Management and owners work on double standards. They will take long breaks, but are quick to reprimand if you come back from lunch at 12:32 (and they don't check your sheet to see that your break actually initiated at 12:02. They will openly make personal calls/texts, but employees are berated for doing the same. There is also very clear and obvious favoritism between certain members of management/ownership and other certain employees.

If you get a chance please add more specific comments, concerns, etc., so we will have the opportunity to learn about the issues you experienced at our Corporate location and be able to address them. The "bottom line" is that it's unfortunate your 3+ years at SERVPRO was a bad experience for you, and I apologize for your experience. In most cases, employees are very satisfied with SERVPRO, documented in employee surveys and our employees voting SERVPRO as a Top Workplace for 2015. Thanks again for your comments.
