Pros

Great corporate! Great potential to be a great job! Great place for attention to detail.

Cons

Micromanaging, lack of actual training, clicky in the office, a lot of turn over, non organization that is in place is your fault after 3 weeks of no training, no one even knows how to do the job you were hired for, no one cares to tell you what the expectations are. A lot of current employees will tell you everyone who quit, why, what the owner does in their personal life, you get basically a truck load of unhappy co workers telling you everything they shouldn't and not actually training and they only know your duties they are training you on poorly. ServproNET is not a trainer. It does not tell you everything you need in place of actual training.

Pros

Servpro in general has a great concept

Cons

Way too many. I worked for a husband and wife team that had no trust for anyone! Turnover is monthly.

Pros

Enjoyed interacting with my clients outside of the office. They let me use PTO before I had earned it. Downside: they refused to pay me my earned PTO after I was fired. Considering filing a motion.

Cons

Unless you want to be yelled at regularly (usually for things you didn't do), try to be successful when boss talks out of both sides of his mouth and changes things all the time, not allowed to talk in a "discussion", be told your ideas are suddenly NOT WELCOME, to be spied on and interrogated out of their own sheer paranoia, not be able to get anything in writing - even hiring documentation, to never be provided the numbers so you an actually figure your commission and then when you get a commission, be faced with them trying to come up with a multitude of ways NOT to pay it to you, don't do it. I never did see any commission.
