Low pay, dirty and dangerous work

I was told my job was Monday through Friday when i told them i couldn't work weekends they said that wasn't a problem. Then bad weather hits and they own you. They want you to work 6 days a week 11 hours a day answering back to back phone calls with 30 min lunches. Dont for any reason not take a phone call or be in the bathroom because you will be written up or fired. They own you, you cant take time off during this unless your manager and you can take two weeks during busy time. You have no life and pretty much on call for weeks due to snow, flooding, hurricanes or tornado's. No communication and the home office does nothing but lie and then cant back it up when they are called out. They dont care if you are sick and cant work. Still want you to work or make up time. Have a doctors excuse? They still dont care.
