Pros

There really isn't any pros here. They try and lure you with equity options that are worthless.

Cons

You will get laid off and worked so hard with a skeleton crew. This is probably the worst company I've ever worked for.

Pros

Unlike a lot of start ups, there's no culture of entitlement, toxicity, or the like. Everyone's there to work hard as a team to drive the company forward to overcome (sometimes considerable) challenges.

Cons

Sharpen had withdrawn from the market for some years. Regaining ground and rebuilding our partnership list will take time.
