Pros

Most people I work with care about the effort that they're putting into what they do. It's invigorating to have a culture that gets things done. I feel like I can go to anyone and propose something and we'd be working on it quickly even across departments. They definitely succeed with the hiring, since most people are extremely friendly and I think no one feels isolated at their desk. It's an honor that I can be a part of a company that has such a bright future. I want to help actively shape their success.

Cons

There could be more all company events to encourage more interaction. It's just a personal opinion, since I enjoy learning about the people that I work with.

You showcased two of our core values, dependability and community, and am glad you feel it. Each and every day our team has the ability to help shape success for our company and I hope you have continued to have chances to do so and feel your impact. If you want even more, please partner with HR to figure out specific initiatives or programs you can try! Regarding a "buddy system," good thinking! As a matter of fact, next week we will be launching a true buddy/mentorship program with some additional opportunities for people to connect outside the office to help cultivate relationships amongst different departments. Amazing Environment

Pros

This is far and away the best team I've ever worked on. Everyone is constantly trying to help and improve themselves and their team members. There's a general air of excitement here and I for one look forward to coming in everyday. The community here is great, and I regularly spend time after work with people in other departments.

Cons

The excitement that comes with working at a place like this also comes with some added pressure, but nothing terrible.

Fully own your own work with opportunities to work in different areas, nobody micromanaging you Flexible working hours Good people Great product with so much potential

Cons

Becoming less and less open to remote work Lots of change in senior management Very process driven, slows things down No performance bonus in 2 years
