Management is big on hiring Sharpenites who like to work in teams but have the ability to manage themselves. There's a lot of freedom to do it your way. Sharpen is a great place to build your career and control your own path. Sharpen is a motivated company on the precipice of something huge...with intelligent and passionate people.
