Pros

Flexible but you still are semi-chaines to your desk. The PTO is decent and almost expected for you to take. The definitely believe that if you succeed, we succeed. Patient oriented as much as possible.

Cons

Can slightly monotonous. Cannot go negative in to PTO (except rare occasion.) If you don't have it, your dinged even if you give ample notice. Training seems to be a bit lacking since they're grown rapidly quickly.

Remote work, learning new skills you wouldn’t experience in retail settings.

Cons

Stressful, Unreasonable workload, weekly performance evaluations, inconsistent training, micromanagement, favoritism, lack of professionalism in management .

Pros

Only pros were remote and 5:30am-2pm schedule if living in PST

Cons

Toxic culture, they knowingly lie to patients and clients telling them they can’t do PA’s, their HR is awful, Supervisors are shady, pay is low, training is worst in the industry, they are aware of all of this and you can send physical evidence and they will still deny it and say it’s you are the bad employee even though all the errors are on Supervisors, Management and HR for toxic, poor communication and outright lying
