Culture is very cliquey. Promotions are given based on who you are friends with versus the work you put in. There is a lot of favoritism. They take advantage of employees being paid as “salary “ and it’s unspoken you’re expected to work overtime. You do get a bonus of 15% at the end of year but never receive the full bonus because despite all the hard work that you put in management still looks for a reason to give you less. Very retail mentality since bought over by Walgreens.
