      Pros

      I've never worked in such a rewarding field. I always feel recognized and rewarded in the work I do, I never feel micro-managed. The focus always remains on patient care and getting patients access to medication that they may otherwise not be able to afford.

      Cons

      A lot of the job is learning as you go, which I don't really see as a con myself as I'm constantly learning and growing

      4 Weeks Vacation Literally nothing else

      Cons

      Toxic culture, Insane workload, unrealistic expectations, managers lacking experience and basic EQ, Apathetic HR But ..the cherry on top is the fact that these people have caused me a HUGE issue with my state taxes after they took taxes out for several years time for the WRONG state and advised me to file my taxes improperly. This has caused me a paperwork nightmare and potentially thousands of dollars due to their error and negligence. Absolutely, 100% would NOT recommend.

      Great Company, Definite Favoritism

      Pros

      Great company. All values that are marketed, are true. Good pay, good people.

      My team experienced noticeable favoritism, often justified by labeling certain individuals as 'tenured and experienced employees.' This resulted in one or two individuals consistently receiving promotions and pay increases, while the rest of the team was left without clear opportunities for growth or recognition. It became apparent that those who drank the kool aid or played the game were rewarded with advancement. There is also a clear issue with upper management as the company is on it's 4th CEO in under 3 years. WBA is starting to dig in their claws, so expect more changes
