      My department had supervisors who cared, very understanding and did their best to help

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance SOMETHING breaks every month or two, constantly in 'crisis mode' Boys club; constant favoritism Sick time is also personal time, you have to choose between taking a day to recover OR spend time with family Poor pay, well below industry standard. They dont care about your experience. Not given the proper resources, you have to figure the job yourself, setting you up to fail more often than not

      The false persona they exude upon first arrival of their "we are family here" BS. The are nice tonyour face til you make waves then you are the problem.

      Cons

      True people they really are with their pretend open door policy. Once I told them I was being sexually harassed by a coke head in their office they fired me 2 days later stating that I was a dime a dozen and they can find workers like me anywhere. My response, ditto! And yes they will back stab you without hesitation! If I had the energy I would have sued them! There product is knock off junk amd you will be constantly yelled at by their,customers. Very rarely did I ever get someone on the phone just needing support, rather they just wanted to tell at someone!
