Pros

The Health benefits are strong.

Cons

Operational leadership is terrible. The EVP is an incompetent villain. Everyone knows he’ll turn on you if you disagree with him. Zero collaboration between departments and teams in operations or projects. Decisions are ego based. Not in the interest of the company. There have been questionable terminations. Even more Questionable rehires and with no intervention from HR. The HR director is generally viewed as absent and ignorant by the employees. He toured a site for the first time only after a Union was brought in. Was surprised to learn the conditions of the plant.

Pros

You are reading this review and can form your own opinion. There are at least half a dozen other reviews that say basically the same thing. We can't all be making this up.

Cons

Record profits last year resulted in a 2% raise for U.S. workers even with worldwide recognition of the highest inflationary period seen in decades so that tells you what they think of their employees. Merit raises don't exist so it doesn't matter what you accomplished you still got the same 2% pittance as everyone else. The review with the Sexist Boys Club headline is 100% accurate. There are no females in leadership in the U.S. (none!) and very few in the organization as a whole. Employees frequently experience high levels of stress, burnout, skepticism and dissatisfaction due to poor management, lack of transparency, and inadequate resources. Morale is consistently low, in fighting and distrust are the norm, and turnover rates are exceedingly high. Conditions at the plants are shameful.
