Pros

The only pro is to hat they used to be before merging with censeo and were advance health at that time. Now there is nothing

Cons

The do not care about you as a person, they do not return phone calls, ignore emails, do not communicate with NPs, never give raises. Say everything will be ok and no one is losing their job then turn around and let them go. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! RUN AWAY!!

Pros

Teammates and some great group leaders.. some is key

Cons

Micromanaging, management is not nice, writing up and terminating if you don’t meet their expectations… and you can be fired apparently without even receiving a write up.. improvement and hard work doesn’t matter, belittled and harassed by group leader, when asked to be relocated to new group was told no (even though I knew people had been relocated when they asked). Will refuse unemployment even when approved. WC investigated into refusal, unemployment benefits were deemed eligible due to no misconduct and wrongful termination. Company will lock out of all emails day of termination so there’s no way of getting access to proof of bad management. Pay raise only not awarded to those without CRC, even though when not required when hired, and raise is not worth the anxiety and stress from belittling.

Pros

There is a bonus for every member you schedule..big whoop 2.50$

Cons

You have members cursing at you all day long. You have to show empathy however, your senior manager will not your manger will not either! As soon as your metrics slip they forget about the 12 times you came in top three and you’re instantly fight for job! Throughout there process of corrective actions and goal- getters they will say it “wil not “skill” as if you’re a robot and can’t mess up at any point reading a script they will change every month you’re there! QA requirement are ridiculous and unforgiving 90% it won’t be long before it’s 100 you have managers that have never taking any calls but are constantly telling how you should do your job! You can find a better job and for more pay the never have provider for you to even schedule members but always complaining about metrics management is dumber than a box of hair here!
