Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It’s clear that you have some very negative feelings regarding your experience on our Sales team. We win new customers based on presenting our value proposition and providing customer references to validate. We have done, and continue to do this, in direct head-to-head pilots against our competitors. We do not sell based on lies and our customer satisfaction score proves that out. Building novel technology means being extremely agile, and effectively servicing massive Enterprise customers means we often evolve our product to meet their unique needs. We are sorry you felt you did not get what you needed from Sales leadership to effectively sell our value proposition to your accounts. In response to your claims about changes in sales leadership, I have been the SVP of Global Sales for over 19 months and we have had the same VP of North America Sales for 18 months. Shortly before you departed (roughly 6 months ago), we hired a Regional Sales Director underneath the VP of NA Sales to focus specifically on managing your team, which was a necessary and very positive investment in our Sales organization. There is not much more that can be said to refute your claim that “Sales leadership (has) turned over 4-5 times in the last year and a half” as it’s simply not legitimate.
