Pros

Great people to work with that accomplish a lot with minimal staff. Flexible schedule or at least it used to be.

Cons

HP takeover in IT has caused mora to go into the toilet. Don't care about people anymore - all about the process. Becoming a GLOBAL company and leaving the locals behind!

Pros

People are friendly. Family owned which is a nice change.

Cons

CEO has huge ego and values loyalty over diversity of ideas. He doesn’t seem to be able to communicate authentically or from the heart. It always sounds like sales pitch. They only talk about DEI so they can check that box. They don’t do anything to change the good old boy network.

Forward thinking company with good CEO

Cons

Directors and Senior Managers do not see employees as a resource, rather as replaceable. Lower salaries due to thought that people are privileged to work for them in the Boise, ID area. Does not promote managers who have management skills while promoting people decent at their jobs and not giving them the leadership training they need.
