Work/Life balance and PTO, Co-Workers, above average benefits, Job enjoyment, working with the plants.

Cons

The bureaucracies of the procurement department feel unfair. There are some good leaders and there are some not okay leaders. Most of the leadership in the procurement group is fairly young, and some of the leaders they choose are not what I would consider stellar. People trying to implement worthless processes or just doing something because it might look good on a presentation slide. Looks good on a slide! But does not always work when trying to implement in real life. You usually get a yearly merit increase, but it is not enough to keep up with inflation. It is discouraging to see money spent wastefully by leaders.

Pros

They seem to care about their employees, you get yearly bonuses depending on both personal and company performance. Great culture and I enjoy the people I work with. Work life balance really depends on your manager. In my case, it is fantastic.

Cons

When it comes to raises, they are sticklers, so if you are wanting a certain amount of pay, get it at the beginning, you likely will not get it once you start, raises are minimal. Also, you won't know this without asking. (which can be uncomfortable) but the salary of your position has a huge range. There can be a 30k difference between your job and your co-worker doing the same job. It can be frustrating.
