Pros

The pay is not bad, and the work can be somewhat interesting, usually.

Cons

Very much male run, women are constantly talked down to, leadership at most levels are men and respect in the workplace is lacking at times. Also, there is not much respect, in general, for employees as only the family favorites are promoted it seems. Avoid this company if you're smart.

Beautiful headquarters building, pretty good food in the company cafeteria.

Cons

Family run, huge company, that has strayed far beyond the beliefs and culture that the founder (JR) represented. They have crossed several sacred boundaries, hiring 3rd party government affiliated software providers to track personal and protected information, and abusing administrative leave policies and terminations for those who resist. No longer a shining star for Idaho.

There are no more pros, except a really nice new HQ that's mostly empty.

Cons

Tons of silos, it feels more like a company of companies than a single company. Employee turnover has become really bad, and getting anything done is nearly impossible. Management treats their employees like children, for the most part, a real lack of respect for the average worker.
