No work life balance, dictatorial management, no personal privacy left, not at all good for women.

The business acumen of those in management positions is severely lacking, and there is too much managerial overhead that gets in the way of doing any project. Also, not a good place for women as only the good old boys are in charge and want to keep it that way.
