Pros

Lots of variety when it comes to work, very helpful engineers, everyone is friendly, great company events, lots of visits to various sites across the company, good pay for an internship.

Cons

Project could sometimes take a very long time so the satisfaction of completion never came, low starting pay for new engineers, even though it is a private company, sometimes the corporate side of things can loom heavy over decisions.

Great people, employees seem to care about one another and the company. Pay is good and lots of opportunity to earn overtime.

Cons

The upper management doesn't really care about the employees. It is a private company so they can do what they like and they take care of the ones that they like.
