This company is very safety minded. The pay is good. The benefits are good. Most of the workers are good people. Some new products added and new ideas coming.

Cons

Medical is a little expensive. There are a few people that will throw you under a bus to make themselves look good.

Pros

Good solid global company with diverse holdings. More forward looking in recent years in effort to stay competitive in the marketplace. Competitive salary and benefits for position. I have worked with and met a lot of good people in my time with the Company.

Cons

In my position I put in a lot of hours (average of 47+ hours/week over the 9.5 years worked for the company). In recent years the Company has adopted a policy of using up/dumping employees thru consolidation of plants/positions. In other words, a diminishing sense of loyalty to employees regardless of tenure with the company.
