Very inclusive culture. You work for a family, and the vision and values are well communicated
Cons
The last two years have been a whirlwind of change and it is hard to keep up with the changes in personnel and responsibilities. Some important support functions have had drops, such as HR and procurement. There are issues with career movement in R&D. The progression ladder does not exist and little has been communicated on how to be promoted. I have heard from a director that "we can hire the skills we need rather than develop those in the people we have". This is a very different tone from what I heard 5-6 years ago.
