      Pros

      Beautiful building and campus downtown, cafeteria is very nice. The people are very friendly, and work hard.

      Cons

      This company has no interest in updating its ways to fit into 2022. Opportunities for advancement are rare, usually requiring you to join a project team, and those run a grueling pace. Managers are paranoid and watching their back, then harder on you as a result. Lots and lots of stress and burnout abound, which is discussed, but not fixed. Diversity talk is lip service. Older white men are in the advantage here. Female management is rare.

      Pros

      This once great company has very few left, they do have stable A/R and pay well, with OK benefits.

      Cons

      Recently, the company has taken a terrible turn for employees resulting in huge turnover, people are leaving in large numbers, and a very toxic culture that is dismissive of employee needs is continuing to destroy, like a giant tsunami. This is a family run business, and the 3rd generation of the family don't care about their people or human dignity.
